NATB’s WIN
The NATB’s Women’s Initiative and Leadership Council
About WIN
The Women’s Initiative and Leadership Council, aka Women in NATB (WIN) is a peer network that facilitates connection, education, career development, and support for women in ticketing. It was founded on the belief and understanding that the amplification of unheard voices and creation of pathways to leadership for these valuable contributors is not only a collective benefit, but also an imperative, for the entire industry.
WIN aims to help members reach their professional potential and assist one another in achieving increased success in endeavors big and small. Members can expect to be part of a community that enables them to exchange resources, demonstrate expertise and benefit from the expertise of others, ease stressors through the comfort of shared experience, and grow through learning and collaboration.
Membership in the Council is a free benefit for NATB members and those employed by NATB member companies (registration required, please see below). Interested parties that are not current NATB members may participate with a nominal annual fee.
WIN’s MISSION
WIN was formed to provide a collaborative forum for women affiliated with NATB Members. WIN supports the professional development of women working in the ticketing industry through educational, mentorship and networking events and promotes diversity in the ticketing industry.
