The brokers designated as bonded have obtained an NATB performance bond. This is different from any state bond or other surety bond. The NATB bond covers claims related to the failure to deliver guaranteed tickets. Any claim is subject to applicable NATB policies and procedures as well as the requirements of the bond company.

The brokers designated as Associate Members are actively engaged in the business of re-selling and brokering the sale and resale of tickets in the United States and satisfy the eligibility requirements for membership except for the fact that their principal place of business is not located in the United States or Canada. The brokers are not subject to the ethical complaint procedures available to consumers filing complaints against Associate Members.
